The explosion happened just after 8:45 a.m., and authorities think it was placed on purpose.

An adult male is the subject who is being held. An improvised explosive device that was purposefully set caused the explosion.
The investigation is proceeding slowly at this point, and the police don’t think there are any more unidentified suspects. The suspect is still being questioned as the explosives squad processes the scene.
