Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has expressed regret for his statement that a believer who fails to pay tithes will not enter paradise.
During his speech at the RCCG Redemption City annual national youth convention, pastor Adeboye expressed regret and said, “I will be talking to everyone as soon as God permits me, I am going to apologise for making a mistake for saying that if you don’t pay tithe, you will not be making it to heaven. That’s incorrect.
The Bible says none of it. The Bible states that righteousness and peace with all people are prerequisites for anyone to see God. The Bible states that in order for a person to reach heaven, they must pursue righteousness and peace with all others.
“One can be both right and wrong at the same time.” I’ll provide you with proof. Light moves in a straight line, as we have been taught for years. It moves in waves, as we shall later remark.
Adeboye went on to describe how he witnessed a man pledge to donate more than everyone else at a Kenneth E. Hagin ministry convention in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and how everyone else had contributed roughly 3.5 million dollars to the construction of Rhema Bible College. However, the man pledged to contribute more to the effort than everyone else did.
The man told him that he had started a business with $500 and that if God blessed him, he would not offend Him by giving Him 10% of the profits.

Regretfully, not many of us recognise that. We give God all the glory when we are much younger in the Lord. Our praise grows softer, more refined, and more courteous as we mature in the Lord. David danced so much that even his wife made fun of him when he was crowned king.
You have to be the violent kind of giver. After King Solomon offered thousands of burned offerings to God, the Almighty declared that there would never be another king or war, as monarchs fight wars to hold onto their territory. The Bible attests to Solomon’s reign of peace.
