In a statement on Thursday, the company said that the initiative was meant to lessen the financial burdens of education and that three students who were at risk of missing out on school because of unpaid fees were able to continue their studies. CashToken Rewards Africa has extended its support to students in need at Jofem Group of Schools in Egbeda, Lagos.
To make sure the kids have the resources needed to succeed in their studies, the company also stated that textbooks and notebooks bearing the CashToken brand were distributed to the students.
“Our commitment is to ensure that no child is denied an education due to financial challenges,” said Chinaenyenwa Nwokedi, Chief Marketing Officer of CashToken Rewards Africa.
Beyond helping individual pupils, Nwokedi noted that the Jofem Group of Schools worked to establish opportunity for all children, regardless of their financial situation, to develop.
