Rainydaycoop and Brent MFB work together to acquire properties.

In order to purchase Skyfield Apartments, a six-story structure with 165 independent rooms and related amenities situated in Yaba, Lagos, RainydayCoop, a cooperative with headquarters in Lagos, has partnered with Brent Mortgage Bank.

The deal was signed by RainydayCoop President Olufunso Akinsanya and Brent Mortgage Bank Managing Director Adeola Simon at the bank’s Lagos offices, according to a statement released by the MFB.

The acquisition is a component of Brent Mortgage Bank’s plan to increase operational effectiveness and expand its business.

It further stated that RainydayCoop and Brent Mortgage Bank would work together in the upcoming weeks to guarantee a seamless transition, with the goal of finishing the deal in time for RainydayCoop’s first anniversary festivities.

This acquisition is a significant step forward for RainydayCoop in providing verified investment alternatives to both new and current members, allowing them to earn tax-advantaged passive income.

“This transaction provides our members with a valuable opportunity to gradually build wealth and invest in a vital part of our homeland,” Akinsanya said, expressing excitement about the acquisition.
