One of the main tenets of the Republican platform is a strong crackdown on illegal immigration to the US.
Anyone who has moved to the United States in the last several decades has already been the target of numerous attacks by Donald Trump. He makes no mention of the fact that immigrants established the United States. He wants to turn the modern American with foreign ancestry into an adversary of the state, after all. His numerous racist remarks over the past few days, weeks, months, and years make this clear.
Trump made a number of repetitions of it, and on Sunday night in New York, he also made powerful remarks to an enraged audience. He emphasised that he will start the biggest deportation in American history. According to Trump, it will entail 15 to 20 million individuals who would thereafter be deported from the US. It appears that he will start that procedure as soon as he takes office.
Deporting all people residing in the United States illegally would take at least ten years and cost $315 billion, according to a study by the nonprofit advocacy organisation American Immigration Council.
Trump declared he would utilise the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 “to target and dismantle any criminal immigrant network operating on American soil” during a campaign rally earlier this month in Aurora, Colorado.
The former president said that any migrant gang member would be “tracked down, arrested, and deported” by “elite teams” of federal law enforcement. He stated that any migrant who murders a U.S. citizen or law enforcement official would be subject to the death penalty and that those who try to return to the country will be sentenced to 10 years in jail without the possibility of release.
