The goal of the conference, which King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman are hosting, is to discuss urgent Middle Eastern issues.

Tinubu is anticipated to address the Israel-Palestine crisis and call for an urgent ceasefire and a peaceful conclusion in a statement from Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy. In order to ensure enduring peace in the area, he would push for the resuscitation of a two-state solution.
Alhaji Mohammed Idris, Minister of Information and National Orientation; Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, National Security Advisor; Ambassador Mohammed Mohammed, Director General of the National Intelligence Agency; and Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, are among the high-ranking officials who accompany the President.
Tinubu is scheduled to return to Abuja after the conference.
