Trump requests donations from followers to assist Democrats settle their campaign debt.

President-elect Donald Trump of the United States has called on his followers to aid the Democratic Party in overcoming its financial difficulties after the election, suggesting that people think about making a donation to help the Democrats with their alleged financial difficulties.

Trump said in a post on X that the Democrats are left with little money following their defeat, even though they raised record amounts of money during the 2020 presidential election.

“I am very surprised that the Democrats, who fought a hard and valiant fight in the 2020 Presidential Election, raising a record amount of money, didn’t have lots of $’s left over,” he said, expressing surprise at the deficit. Vendors and others are now squeezing them.

Following the contentious election, Trump urged unity, saying, “I would strongly recommend we, as a Party and for the sake of desperately needed UNITY, do whatever we can do to help them during this difficult period.” Since “Earned Media” was our campaign’s greatest asset and it doesn’t cost much, we had a lot of money left over. RESTORE AMERICA’S GREATNESS!

According to sources quoted by Christopher Cadelago, head of Politico’s California office, Kamala Harris’s campaign ended with about $20 million in debt.

By mid-October, Harris had only $118 million left in her campaign budget, after having raised over $1 billion.

In the election held on November 5, Harris, the Democratic nominee, broke money records with her campaign and connected Super PACs, raising $2.3 billion and spent $1.9 billion.

With $1.8 billion raised and $1.6 billion spent, Trump’s campaign, on the other hand, raised and spent somewhat less.

Harris’s well-known fundraiser, Ajay Jain Bhutoria, clarified that although her campaign received a substantial amount of funding, it had trouble connecting with important voting groups.

The campaign’s dependence on high-profile endorsements and celebrity events, according to Bhutoria, was unable to bridge the growing divide between the Democratic Party and middle-class Americans, who had to pay more for necessities like food, housing, and medical care.
